Shipping & Delivery

442kit.com aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. There are a number of availability estimates you may see while shopping on 442kit.com:

- Available to ship within 1-2 business days: The item is available in our warehouse, and is expected to be prepared for shipment within 48 hours upon successful of payment. 
- Available to ship within 4-7 business days: 
The item will be ordered from our supplier and is expected to be prepared for shipment within 4 to 7 business days upon successful of payment.
- Available to ship within 7-14 business days: 
The item will be ordered from our supplier and is expected to be prepared for shipment within 7 to 14 business days upon successful of payment. 
- Available for Pre-order:
The item is not yet published / released, the latest release date information provided for the item will be on its product detail page. It will be shipped to you after the release date passes and the item is made available for shipment.
- Temporarily Out of Stock / Backorder: 
The item is currently not in stock but it is available for ordering. An e-mail will be sent to you with the expected delivery date as soon as that information is available from our suppliers.
- Out of Stock: 
The item is currently not available for ordering, and it may not be in stock again

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

Delivery Time & Cost

 Local Delivery within Malaysia: 1-3 business days
Local Shipping will be charged shipping rate of RM12 onward within Peninsular Malaysia & RM18 within East Malaysia.

For local shipment, we are using Poslaju & City-Link Express as our shipping partner, the shipments are trackable.

• International Delivery:
International shipping cost dependent on the shipping method, delivery destination and total weight of the order, the rate will be calculated automatically during the checkout process. 

For International shipment, we are using DHL Ecommerce, DHL Express and National Post of Malaysia (Pos Malaysia) as our shipping partner, you can select your preferred shipping method (faster service or affortable pricing) during checkout process, the shipments are trackable. 

Shipping time will vary depending upon the shipping method chosen: 

1) DHL Ecommerce: 14-21 business days (excluding custom delay)
2) DHL Express Worldwide: 2-5 business days (excluding custom delay)

Some remote addresses may incur longer transit times. Transit time from collection to delivery varies according to the shipping address. 

Please note that, in addition to the shipping charge, recipeint are responsible for paying all costs associated with importing the order, including all taxes, fees and/or duties. Import fees will be billed to you by DHL, Pos Malaysia or any 3rd party contractor fulfilling your shipment. The listed shipping cost covers the cost of shipping only.

*We do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Different Stock Availability - If you have selected items with different availability times then we will dispatch your order when all items are ready.

Dispatching of Orders
 - Although we try to get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
1) Pre-order - Products on Pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website
2) Credit Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order
3) Shirt Printing - Shirts requiring personalization for example with additional name, numbering and badges added may take an extra few days before they are ready to be dispatched.
4) Items on Available Within - Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted on the product details page. For example "Available within 7 days":

Non-Shippable Addresses - If your country is not listed when you are entering a delivery or billing address, then we will not be able to accept your order to deliver at that address.

International Shipping - Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. 

PO Boxes - Please note that we do not ship to PO Box Addresses.

Undelivered Items - We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.
